Daily Update 8-24-2012

I put more points up today over yesterday thanks to one VERY pricey XBLA game. Also recorded Ep.55 of the Gamerscore Popcast which will be up sometime this weekend, possibly tomorrow. There's three great new titles out, all of which are begging for my time. Two from what I know are great and one from what I hear is great: Darksiders II, Transformers: FoC and Sleeping Dogs. An amazing start to what looks to be a great end of summer/fall gaming season. I think I'll complete Transformers first. At least it's looking that way.

JOJO took a minute to get the hang of. It's a 2d fighter by Capcom that seems a tad different than the rest due to its stand feature. When triggered, it's like you summon a side character from your body, and in some cases, they have their own set of attacks. It was originally released during the Playstation generation. I shouldn't have much more to do before I get the full 400 gamescore, hopefully I'll have it done tomorrow. The bad news is, the game does cost a whopping 1600 Microsoft Points. $20 bucks! Not that great of a deal for an XBLA game. Somewhere, K-CI is pissed the freak off at JOJO for leaving him out of the title.

Maybe this video speaks to fans of the series and their long wait for an HD remake with achievements. And never forget, K-CI AND JOJO.
