Tips: Use the same truck for the first 20 races without switching for a secret achievement. Nothing is really miss-able and you can do the majority of the game on easy but you have to earn 20 gold medals on hard. (before or after you finish everything off on easy, doesn't matter) Do all stunt challenges and time crunches on hard because those are the easiest to do. A few more stadium races or freestyle events will put you over the top for the pro driver achievement.
